The weekend retreat of “SAI-lence” provides a rare opportunity to look within in an atmosphere surrounded by nature, with devotional singing, an inspiring speaker, meditation, yoga, individual sadhana (spiritual practice) and silent-service opportunities. These spiritual practices help teach us to quiet our minds, delve deep into our hearts, and experience our innate divinity. As a result, it enables us to become more mindful and live in the present moment.
The retreat is open to adults, young adults and teenagers (13 years and above). Rooming away from family or friends is encouraged as it helps to remove the urge to break the silence. The retreat will commence on Friday evening as attendees establish their intentions of being SAI-lient. The group’s collective vibration of peace, prayer, and reflection builds over the duration of the retreat.
We encourage everyone to take time out of your busy schedules, away from cell phones and tablets and join us to just “Be Present”. Previous Sai-lent Retreat attendees have expressed that they left feeling peaceful, renewed, spiritually refreshed and transformed.
