World Environment Day 2018

We would like to draw your attention to the World Environmental Day – 5th June 2018, as we prepare for the Go Green Conference to be held in Prasanthi Nilayam during July 2018. This is the United Nation’s most important day for encouraging worldwide awareness and action for the protection of our environment. Since it began in 1974, it has grown to become a global platform for public outreach that is widely celebrated in over 100 countries. The theme for 2018 is beating plastic pollution, which is consistent with the focus area of the Protect the Planet project in 2018.
