Young Adults Talent Development
Please find below more information regarding the Sathya Sai Young Adults Talent Development Programme (SSYATDP). We would be grateful for you to pass this information on to Young Adults in your zone and encourage them to register for the workshops.
The Sathya Sai Young Adults Talent Development Programme (SSYATDP) consists of a series of monthly 1.5 hour online workshops, which have been designed to equip interested Young Adults from all around the world with skills that can be applied to both their personal and professional lives. Based on Sathya Sai Baba’s teachings of Human Values, the SSYATDP is available to Young Adults between the ages of 18-40.
Every month, Young Adults can select and register for workshops that are of interest to them. This flexibility allows for allYoung Adults, at various stages of life, from students and early career professionals to young parents and established professionals, to benefit from this programme. Topics will initially be based around Personal Effectiveness, Leadership, and Business Management.
As this programme is coordinated by and developed for Young Adults, interested participants will also be encouraged to request topics that they feel will be most useful for them and their peers. Future programme workshops will be developed based on the feedback and topics submitted by Young Adults, creating a relevant syllabus with ownership by all who participate.
Workshop facilitators and presenters will be from both within and outside the Sathya Sai International Organisation (SSIO). They will be specifically selected to provide subject expertise, guidance, and lived experience. Young Adults will be able to interact with and learn from facilitators during the workshops.
The first workshop details are as follows:
Speaker: Dr Shivendra Kumar, International Young Adults Coordinator, SSIO
